Farm of Ideas is about more than growing great food for our restaurants in a sustainable manner. We want to spur dialogue among chefs and farmers that will hopefully lead to productive changes in the way the world grows, distributes and thinks about food.

Farm of Ideas is a place where gastronomy and agriculture, the city and the countryside meet and magic happens. 

It's an soon-to-be-fully-converted organic farm. It's the host of the big festival Seed Exchange and hopefully in the future will be expanded to include a Farm Lab and space for chef education, food research and gastro events.

Every morning a team of chefs drive from Nørrebro to Lejre and harvest vegestables and collect milk from the cows. 

They bring it back to the kitchens of Relæ, Manfreds, BÆST and Mirabelle - and become beautiful fresh dishes for the restaurant guests to enjoy.
